KEI encourages the daughters to actively participate in meets to share their stories and learning experiences. Attending meets and events gives an opportunity to the girls to learn and experience new things, meet individuals and know their stories as well.
Kadam believes in interacting with all girls, know their views and clear their queries on regular basis.
Confidence has been a key element amongst the girls. Kadam makes sure that the girls seize every opportunity to share and exhibit their learnings.
